La Casa di BAU (Haus) is a modern renovation project located in the vibrant heart of Milan, designed for a young and creative couple — a product designer and a photographer. The project combines history and modernity, transforming the space into a home that harmonizes work, leisure, and personal life with functionality and elegance.

The design stands out for the integration of the couple’s dog, Bau, with personalised spaces created especially for him. Warm materials, such as wood and terracotta tones, create a cosy and contemporary atmosphere. Each room — bathroom, kitchen, and living area — maintains its own identity while being connected through a common visual language.

With sliding and folding panels, the house offers flexibility and adaptation to the different routines of urban life, balancing comfort, style, and practicality.
