The Casa Mira part of a traditional Gandareza house by the sea, preserving its external identity and relationship with its surroundings. Inside, the intervention reconfigures the existing spaces, adapting them to a more contemporary way of living with greater flow, light, and functionality.

The project is organised as T3 com loft arranged as a series of annexes, the design makes timber, light, and spatial continuity central. The living room and kitchen form the heart of the house, extending towards the outdoor spaces and establishing a close relationship between the interior and the courtyard.

A restrained material palette, defined by timber and light tones, creates warm and timeless interiors, while bespoke joinery integrates storage and reinforces the coherence of the whole.

The Casa Mira is thus a reinterpretation of the traditional Gandareza house: preserving its exterior character and memory, while creating a new experience of living within, one that is more open, intimate, and filled with light.
